About the research

What if a farmer wants to change his revenue model? Like Anna, who wants to turn her surplus apples into apple juice? 🍎 In practice, there's a lot more to this than meets the eye. Business economist Liselot Bourgeois (ILVO - Flanders Research Institute for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food - UAntwerpen) explains which factors are involved and how the ILVO tool 'VerdienWijzer' helps farmers to make well-considered choices.
